Time: 9:00 am
– 12:00 noon
Description: We will
minister God's love and compassion to family members in evangelical
Christianity who have homosexual loved ones. Often, such parents
have received a message that they should draw boundaries or set up
degrees of separation with their children so as to not show
"acceptance" of their children's "lifestyle choice". And yet we know
that homosexuality is not a choice! We want to encourage family
members to offer the love that Jesus demonstrated in the story of
the Prodigal Son to their children and loved ones. It is the love of
Christ that all of us most need and we should never withhold that
love from our children and loved ones...we should love them right
where they are. Come join us. See Family Care 2006 for more
details.
